Our S.G.T programme here at the gym is a great way to improve your training ability and work on your technique with your coach on a one-to-one basis.

This training programme is suitable for beginners who need extra guidance around the gym before joining our regular classes.

Or for the client who likes that personal touch and accountability while training at the gym.

The structure of the programme runs as follows:

Two small group training sessions per week with complete access to all other classes at the gym.

A WhatsApp support group and nutritional guidance.

You’ll always have your coach on hand to maximise your results.

Places tend to fill fast for this programme so sign up early to avoid disappointment.
